Once your trial period ends, you will be prompted to choose a plan to continue using FarmSpeak. If you wish to cancel, you can do so at any time. If you require an extension on your trial period, simply reach out to us, and we will gladly accommodate your request.
We accept debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc. We can also accept alternative methods like mobile money under certain conditions, contact us to learn more.

You can change your plan level anytime during trial or after you've purchased by going to the billing page under the account menu and clicking change plan.
Once your trial period is over, you will be asked to select a plan and enter your credit card to continue using FarmSpeak. You can cancel anytime. If you need some extra time on your trial, no problem. Just contact us and we'd be happy to extend your trial.
FarmSpeak operates on a subscription model, where your chosen plan renews either monthly or annually, based on your preference. At the beginning of each billing period, your payment will be automatically processed using the payment method you have on file. Note: We offer multiple payment options, including direct transfer and payment through platforms like Paystack and Flutter Wave.
Absolutely. You can cancel your trial or paid account anytime by going to the billing page under the account menu and clicking cancel account. Once your account is cancelled you will no longer be able to access any of the data you've entered into FarmSpeak. If you don't want to cancel your account, but just need to take a break just contact us to pause your subscription.
At FarmSpeak, we do not offer refunds for monthly accounts. To ensure that you are not billed for the upcoming month, please make sure to cancel your subscription before it renews. For annual billing terms, it is important to cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. You can easily cancel your subscription by logging into your FarmSpeak account.
